This project is located in Zimbabwe, capacity is 15tph, mainly equipments are hopper,
vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, conveyor belt, fine jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier,
spiral chutes, slurry pump, water pump, magnetic separator etc.
Here we use two stages crushing, considering the expensive shipping cost, we build the
ball mill to be Dia. 2.1m x 3.9m, so we can load it into the 40OT container after separating
the bottom frame etc. The ball mill works with FLG-15 spiral classifier.
Totally, we use 14 set 5LL-1200 spiral chutes, 8 set as rough concentration, 6 sets as scavenging
Each set spiral chute comes with 20pcs Wear resistant blades made of special grade wear-resistant sand.
