Cassiterite tin ore beneficiation plant in Laos

Tin mining plant/ This is 30 tons per hour capacity cassiterite tin ore beneficiation plant.Australia customer invested as Laos HTE mining company and processed primary cassiterite ore 30t/h,after discussion of two ends; they use grizzles hopper for preparing screening and sorting, jaw breaker for coarse crushing, hammer crusher for second crushing, next step is one stage closed circuit grinding & classifying system(ball mill + spiral classifier),benefication plant with spiral separator for roughing, magnetic separator to remove iron,6S shaking table for fine selection of tin concentrate. After the sample tested and studyed, we confirmed the flow sheet with high recovery ,economic and environment friendly. In addition, our engineer serviced oversea in July 2014,went to Laos,Southeast Asia for technology training, equipment installation and commissioning.Australia boss and Laos plant director were very satisfied our service effect and equipment efficiency from final tin concentrate return.

Primary cassiterite is a tin oxide mineral, SnO2.Although individual grains or pebbles of alluvial tin collected by streaming were often of high purity it was usually still necessary to remove the unwanted "gangue" material before the tin ore could be smelted. The need for this process, which was known as dressing the ore, increased as the poorer sources of lode tin were exploited. The principle of concentration was a refined version of that used by the tin shaking table: it depended on the large difference in specific gravity between the wanted tin ore and the gangue. Many different mechanical methods were used, including rectangular and circular buddles, 6S shaking tables and revolving slime tables, spiral separator, trommels, and even magnetic separation.
