High pressure grinding roll has two abrasive rolls. According to the user`s demand, the roll surface is divided into flat surface and overlay welding surface of two models. If the material`s hardness is bigger than 200Mpa, heavier model is suitable.
The flat roll model is for the fine crushing which requires the maxium feeding 80mm, range of discharge 0.3-20mm. Such as making sand with pebbles and constructiong waste, mining crushing iron ore, quartz stone; ceramics crushing raw materials; metallurgical industry cushing coke, lime; coking coal crushing plant; chemical industry crushing all kinds of raw materials; or in the similar occasions.
The overlay welding roll model is for the medium fine crushing which requires the maxium feeding 110mm, range of discharge 3-30mm. For example, before the mill: cement industry pre-crushing cement clinker, limestone and composite materials; CWS industry pre-crushing coal; iron ore industry pre-crushing slag, iron ore, silica minerals; brick factory pre-crushing kinds of ore to produce unburned brick; thermal power plants crushing coal; or in the similar occasions.
Working principal
High pressure grinding roll is fixed with two high-strength wear-resistant alloy rolls. Their relative rotation generates high extrusion pressure which crushes the material. The material enters into the space between the two rolls, suffered both extrusion and shear force.In the crowd rolling, cutting and grinding, it is crushed into the required size and then sent by the transport equipment.
