It is a dry-type equipment which performs separation in high-voltage corona field based on the difference of materials in electric performance. It is suitable to mechanical pilot feeder of fine powder. Heating device is installed inside the separation drum. It features in wide range of electric field, powerful electric strength, stable electromechanical performance, high efficiency and low energy consumption. The complete machine is available in multiple structure arrangements, including single-layer, two-layer, three-layer and double-roller in parallel. The multi-layer electric separator can perform rough separating, cleaning, scavenging and spoil reclaiming within the machine as needed, resulting in simplified operation and enhanced efficiency.
