Brief Introduction
WQ non-clog submersible sewage pump is on the basis of the introduction of foreign advanced technology, combining with the characteristics of the use of domestic water pump and the successful development of a new generation of pump products, energy saving effect is remarkable, winding, no jam, automatic installation and automatic control, etc.Solid particles in the lining and long fiber waste, has a unique effect.
This series of pump adopts unique impeller structure and new type of mechanical seal, can effectively deliver a solid and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the impeller of the pump impeller with single routeway or double routeway form, it is similar to a cross section of bending tube with the same size, has the very good flow, with reasonable volute chamber, make the pump with high efficiency, impeller through static balance test, for no vibration in the operation of pump.

Advantages and Characteristics
1. Adopt unique single or double vane impeller structure, greatly improve the through capacity of the contamination, can effectively through the pump fiber material 5 times of pump diameter and about 50% of the solid particles.
2. The mechanical seal adopted new hard tungsten corrosion of titanium material, can make the safe running more than 8000 hours continuously.
3. Compact structure, small volume, low noise, energy-saving effect is remarkable, maintenance is convenient, without having to build pump room, working while being submerged into water, and greatly reduce the project cost.
4. The pump seal oil chamber has a high precision anti-interference leakage detection sensor, thermal sensor is embedded in the stator winding, automatic protection of pump motor.
5. According to the user, can be fitted with automatic control cabinet, water leakage, leakage, overload and overtemperature of pump, automatic protection, improve the security and reliability of the product
6. The float switch can change according to the required level, automatically control the start and stop of pump, without modes, use very convenient.
